• Adequate space in bedroom with access to the cupboards.  No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 590 mm and hanging hooks is 1510 mm.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Width of entrance is 935 mm and door opens to outside. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower available with lever taps and adjustable shower head. Height of large seat is 470 mm and height of grab rail is 1000 mm.
• Leg space of 660 mm underneath the basin with standard taps. Mirror and shelf not within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Height of toilet seat is 500 mm and grab rails are 800 mm. Basin present.
• Level access to the lounge, dining area and kitchen facilities.
• Access to the communal boma and swimming pool.
