• Leg space of 670 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and mirror. No shelf available.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 670 mm and height of toilet seat is 450 mm. Raised seat available on request. Height of grab rail is 800 mm.
• Level access to the lounge, dining room and patio.
• Access available to the garden and pool via a grassed pathway.
