• Access to the self-catering cottage via a pathway and suitable ramp from the paved parking area and lock up garage in front of the house. Pathway leads to the undercover patio of the cottage.
• Adeqaute space in the bedroom with king size or twin beds. Height of bed is 860 mm (bed risers attached). Bedroom cupboard and lowered hang rail within reach.
• Access to the bathroom via a small removable ramp. Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. The height of the vanity table and basin with standard taps is 900 mm. No mirror within reach.
• The width of the shower entrance is 720 mm but door can be removed on request. Overhead shower and hand shower with standard taps available. Side-ways transfer is possible on the shower bench with handle located on the opposite side. Two removable hand rails available for the shower.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Height of toilet seat with extension is 480 mm. No grab rails present.
• Level access to the lounge and open-plan fully equipped kitchen and patio with private garden.
• Access to the swimming pool, open garden and enclosed barbecue area.
