• Leg space of 690 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and mirror. No  shelf within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 680 mm and height of toilet seat is 450 mm. Height of grab rail is 700 mm.
• Level access to the restaurant, dining room and bar.
• Access available to the pool terrace. Two sets of stairs to access the pool.
