• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 500 mm and height of toilet seat is 500 mm. No grab rails at present.
• Bath available with lever tap within reach. Overhead showerhead available. Grab rail present at suitable height above the bath. Height of bath is 540 mm.
• No roll-in shower available.
• Leg space of 700 mm underneath the basin with lever taps and mirror within reach.  Height of top of basin is 700 mm. Shelf on wheels available.
• Three spacious bedrooms with access to cupboards and lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 480 mm.
• Access available to the lounge, breakfast room and restaurant. Four steps down to the bar.
• Access available to the rooftop pool and bar via a steep ramp.
